Art in the Environment

The new Ordinary Time banner (see photo) was conceived, designed and assembled by three members of our IC Art and Environment Committee, Marlaine Szurek, Lynne Mitchell-Becker and Carol Clemens. The banner took over 200 hours to complete. It consists of three panels using five different fabrics combined to create a wall quilt twenty feet long. The banner was made to resemble a stained glass window. It is a beautiful and unique work of art!
