Food served at Immaculate Conception for Funeral Lunches is to be catered except for home-baked desserts. We are providing this list as a courtesy, we do not make recommendations. Please feel free to use other licensed caterers if you prefer. If the caterer has not worked with us in the past they will need to fax a Certificate of Insurance/include the Name and address of the church in the Certificate Holder Box and the Description of Operation Box, Immaculate Conception must be included as an additional insured on the general liability. The family is responsible for contacting the caterer of their choice and making arrangements for the luncheon. The church will set up and clean up, provide servers, all dishes, cups, napkins, and the like, and provide coffee, lemonade, and water for you and your guests. A free-will offering for the goods used and service offered is accepted; make checks payable to Immaculate Conception; please note: funeral lunch service.
As soon as arrangements have been made, you must contact Ray Bannon at 763-788-9062, option 7, with the caterer's name and final guest count.
