Resurface Parking Lots and Sidewalks: $263,000

It is evident that the time has come to resurface and replace the sidewalks and parking lot in front of the church and school, as well as our parking lot across from our campus on Jackson Street. After years of wear and tear from weather, traffic and parish events, we can no longer simply rely on patching the pavement. The sidewalks are cracking and rising, causing tripping hazards for parishioners and students. We plan to mill and overlay the parking lots, a process that includes grinding the surface level down on the existing lots and repaving them. The current number of spaces and traffic flow sill remain unchanged. Damaged sidewalks will be completely replaced.
